How can I see what's in my Cart?
You can view the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" link located at the top of the page. If you have a product in your basket, you will also see a quick summary of the contents of your Cart on the side of the page.

How do I find what I'm looking for?
In order to find a particular product type e.g. Crystal, simply type in this word in the search engine box located on the left of each page. The search engine will bring up that particular product. You can also browse through our range of products using the categories at the top of the page.

How do I add a product to my Cart?
To add a product to your Cart, simply click the "Add to Cart" button located next the description of the item. This will automatically add the product to your Cart.

How do I remove an item from my Cart?
If you have added a product to your Cart and no longer wish to purchase it - simply access your Cart and click the "remove" button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your Cart. If you wish to empty your Cart from all items, click on the "Clear all" button.

What is the delivery fee?
We deliver worldwide, and the delivery fee is calculated based on the overall weight of your order. Please contact us for postage pricing.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Within the island of Ireland: 3 to 6 days UK standard: 8 to 11 working days UK Express: 4 to 7 working days Continental Europe: 6 to 10 working days US & Canada Standard: 2 to 6 weeks US & Canada Express: 9 to 11 working days Rest of world: 9 to 15 working days Where possible we will try to adhere or even better lead times. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order in the timeframe promised, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay.

Can I return a product?
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the item to us and we will organise a refund (excluding the return delivery cost). If an item is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.

Is all the information I give confidential?
Yes. All information given to Butlers will be used only by Butlers and their partners. We will not sell your information to anyone else and all information is encrypted on our secure server to prevent any unauthorised persons gaining access.
